Doha, April 05 (QNA) -Vodafone Qatar has launched the ‘My Vodafone App’, a smartphone app for customers wishing to manage their line, view balance and usage, pay bills, recharge, and Chat with Vodafone Customer Care agents directly in the app. The new App provides everything the customer would need in the palm of their hand.
The launch was held at the W Doha in the presence of Vodafone’s senior Executive team and members of the press. Inaugurating the event, Ian Gray, Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Qatar said: "We’re very proud to be launching My Vodafone App in Qatar which brings together an extensive track record of global research from across the Vodafone Group underlined with a wealth of local knowledge and insights to develop a new platform that will raise the bar of innovative yet simple customer self-care in the industry. Available on both iOS and Android, the ‘My Vodafone App’ will enable customers to manage their accounts, provide information and payment options on bills and balances, enable access to customer service, present tailor-made promotions, receive notifications, all through smartphones in a fast and speedy manner.
