Ukraine Announces Killing of 32 Thousand Russian Soldiers Since the Beginning of War

Kyiv, June 11 (QNA) - The General Staff of the Ukrainian Army said that the Ukrainian forces killed 32,50 Russian soldiers between last February 24 and This came in a statement of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported today by the Ukrainian National News Agency (Ukrinform).
"The Ukrainian defenders destroyed 1,419 tanks, 3,466 armored fighting vehicles, 712 artillery pieces, 222 multiple launch missile systems, 97 anti-aircraft systems, 212 combat aircraft and 178 helicopters," the statement said.
It added that 579 operational and tactical marching vehicles, 125 cruise missiles, 13 naval pieces, 2448 other vehicles and tank trucks and 54 pieces of special equipment were also destroyed.
The statement added that the Russians suffered the largest losses yesterday in the Severodonetsk and Bakhmut regions.
In this context, the British Ministry of Defense said today that Russian forces in the vicinity of the Ukrainian city of Severodonetsk had not made progress in the south of the city until Friday.
"Heavy fighting continues from street to street, and a large number of casualties is likely on both sides," the ministry said in an intelligence report posted on Twitter. (QNA)
