Riyadh, June 13 (QNA) - The state of Qatar participated in the 116th meeting of the GCC Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee that was held at the headquarters of the GCC General Secretariat in the city of Riyadh, the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Qatari delegation was led by HE Minister of Finance Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, including HE Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Jamal, Chairman of Qatar's General Authority of Customs and HE Ahmed Bin Issa Al Mohannadi, the GTA President.
The meeting discussed a range of topics, including the recommendations submitted by the Committee of Central Bank Governors in the GCC States, the Customs Union Authority in the GCC States, the Committee of Heads and Directors of Tax Administrations in the GCC States, the Gulf Joint Market Committee, and the developments of the program to achieve economic unity among the GCC States by 2025, in addition to a wide range of topics on the agenda.
