Doha, June 14 (QNA) - HE Minister of State and President of Qatar National Library Dr. Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al Kawari welcomed HE Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and the accompanying delegation to discuss future collaborations and cultural exchanges.
HE Dr. Al Kawari also announced the opening of the 'Arabic Messages from Armenia' exhibition which showcases a snapshot of Arab-Armenian historical, political, cultural and economic relations over centuries.

The items, in their original form, are kept in the Armenian Matenadaran - a museum and repository of manuscripts; and the History Museum of Armenia which houses the original coins. The artefacts present an exclusive treasure of utmost cultural and historical value for not only Armenian historians but also for Arab countries and heritage for the whole world.
Commenting on the occasion, HE Dr. Al Kawari said: "We are delighted to welcome the Prime Minister of Armenia and his delegation to Qatar National Library and we are honored to have the reproductions of these incredible manuscripts and artefacts to exhibit at the Library."
"The exhibition will provide an opportunity for the community to learn more about the connection between Armenia and the Arab region, and to see the documented Arab-Armenian historical and cultural interactions," he added.
