Arab Justice Ministers to Discuss Arab Agreements and Draft Laws

Cairo, June 14 (QNA) - The Executive Office of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice will hold a meeting tomorrow at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League in Cairo, to discuss a number of Arab agreements and draft laws.
The meeting will deal with The Arab Convention for the Suppression of Terrorism, The Arab Anti-Corruption Convention , The Arab Convention on Combating Information Technology Offences, and the Draft Arab Convention on Regulating Status of Refugees in the Arab Countries, as well as the preparation of the draft indicative law aimed at preventing hate speech, and the draft Arab indicative law to protect and assist internally displaced persons in Arab countries.
The meeting will also deal with the draft unified Arab model law on narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, the draft Arab guiding law for the protection of children from recruitment in armed conflicts, the draft Arab protocol to limit the illicit spread of weapons in the Arab region supplementing the Arab convention against transnational organized crime, and the draft Arab Convention on Personal Data Protection, as well as discussing strengthening cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers.
