Ankara, June 17 (QNA) -The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced today the killing of 6 militants of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) in northern Iraq.
In a statement, the ministry stated that the Turkish army killed 6 militants and demolished their hideouts as part of the Operation Claw-Lock, stressing that the operation will continue with great persistence and determination.
On the 18th of last April, Turkey launched a military operation in the name of Claw-Lock, targeting the strongholds of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in the areas of "Matina", "Zab" and Afshin-Basian in northern Iraq.(QNA)
