Aman Center, Moroccan Association for Child Protection Sign Cooperation Protocol

Doha, June 19 (QNA) - The Protection and Social Rehabilitation Center (AMAN), a center governed by the Qatar Foundation for Social Work, signed on Sunday a cooperation protocol with the Moroccan Association for Child Protection (Bayti).
The cooperation agreement aims to strengthen the bonds of cooperation between the two parties to achieve common goals by creating a sustainable and practical framework between them to enhance the quality of services provided to children, and to support the capabilities of regional and national partners through a sustainable program based on providing the highest levels of care and social protection provided to children.
Through this agreement, cooperation between the two sides will be activated by organizing joint events for children, organizing several awareness campaigns, workshops, and training courses to develop the competencies of both parties to serve the target groups, achieve the two parties' message in providing protection and social rehabilitation, in addition to developing scientific research by supporting strategic partnerships with institutions, organizations, and research centers to benefit from their specialized programs of common interest.
In this context, the Executive Director of Aman Centre Abdulaziz Al Ishaq expressed the importance of signing a cooperation protocol with the Moroccan Association (Bayti) for Child Protection. The agreement will contribute to benefiting both sides, transferring the mechanism of protecting children from the perspective of each country and its laws, and developing and innovating by offering events, campaigns, and training workshops for workers in the field of social protection on issues related to children.
For her part, Director of the Bayti Association Amina Lmalih expressed the importance of activating the international partnership. She added that such agreements and cooperation protocols contribute to achieving the vision and mission of both parties and their strategic objectives, which lie in achieving protection and rehabilitation for the target groups. Children today are the main pillar of building society, and civil society organizations must come together to provide social protection for them.
The Moroccan Bayti Association is a non-profit, non-governmental association interested in issues related to children, with 26 years of experience in the field of protection and family, school and professional reintegration, and providing all support and rehabilitation for children and youth.
AMAN is concerned with the protection and rehabilitation of women and children who are victims of violence or break up, and their reintegration into society. (QNA)
