Moscow, June 21 (QNA) - Russia's emergency service announced on Tuesday the disappearance of An-2 plane in Yakutia, with three people on board.
The private plane took off at dawn from Yakutsk, the capital of Yakutia Republic in the far east of Russia. The plane did not reach its destination on time and disappeared from radar.
Three people were on the plane, two crew members and a passenger, in addition to a metric tonne of cargo.
An aircraft with rescuers on board is out to search for the plane, Polar Airlines said, according to Tass News Agency. (QNA)
