Kuwait Bourse Closes Lower

Kuwait, June 22 (QNA) - Kuwait Bourse closed down on Wednesday as the All Share Index lost 24.73 points to reach 7,217.05 points, a decrease of 0.34 percent.
As many as 187.6 million shares valued at KD 56.8 million (roughly USD 185 million) were traded via 11954 transactions.
The Main Market Index went down by 26.4 points to 5595.76 points, a decrease of 0.47 percent, through 98.6 million shares done via 4956 transactions valued at KD 12.7 million (roughly USD 41.3 million).
The Premier Market Index went down by 24.53 points to 8,005.24 points, down by 0.31, through 88.9 million shares done via 6998 transactions valued at KD 44 million (roughly USD 143.3 million).
Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index decreased 12.86 points to the level of 5808.18 points, down by 0.22 percent, through stock volume of 91.6 done in 4182 deals at a value of KD 11.6 million (roughly USD 37.8 million). (QNA)
