Occupied Jerusalem, August 05 (QNA) - Several Palestinians sustained injuries in confrontations with Israeli occupation forces in the village of Kafr Qaddum eastern Qalqilia.
Local Palestinian sources reported that the confrontations erupted after the start of Kafr Qaddum's weekly anti-occupation protest, which led to the injury of nine Palestinians - including a child - and dozens suffered from suffocation of tear gas.
In Hebron, several Palestinians sustained injuries in a settler attack on anti occupation protest in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
The coordinator of the Committee for the Protection and Resilience of the Southern Hebron and Masafer Yatta Mountains Fouad Al Amour said settlers attacked a march rejecting the settlement practices of the occupation in Masafer Yatta.
He explained that the settlers threw stones at the marchers, injuring a number of them.
At Khan al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, located on Ramallah road, dozens of Palestinians suffered from suffocation as a result of the Israeli occupation forces' suppression of residents who confronted the settlers storming Khan al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, south of Nablus with tear gas and sound bombs.
In recent months, the occupation intensified its attacks on the Palestinians, and increased the pace of its incursions into towns and villages in the West Bank, which resulted in dozens of deaths, and the arrest of hundreds of citizens, including women and children. (QNA)
