Paris, August 05 (QNA) - Paris Saint-Germain have ruled out Kylian Mbappe from the opening-day Ligue 1 fixture away to Clermont on Saturday night due to injury.
"Due to pain in his adductor muscles, Paris's no. 7 Kylian Mbappe will continue to receive treatment at the Training Centre. A further update will be provided in 72 hours' time," PSG said in a statement.
Mbappe also missed his side game against Nantes in the the Trophee des Champions (French Super Cup) match.
The Frenchman is a key part of PSG's attack along with Neymar and Lionel Messi. (QNA)
