Moscow, September 16 (QNA) - The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the killing and wounding of 400 Ukrainian soldiers, and the downing of 5 Ukrainian drones.
As a result of the high-precision strikes launched by the Russian Air Force near the city of Seversk in Donetsk, the losses of the Ukrainian forces amounted to more than 400 dead and wounded, and more than 20 units of armored vehicles were destroyed, the ministry said in a statement, adding that more than 3,000 rocket and artillery ammunition units of various calibers were destroyed.
The statement added that the Russian air defense systems shot down five drones in the Avdiivka region of Donetsk.
The Russian military operation in Ukraine has continued since the 24th of last February, with no signs of an imminent end. (QNA)
