Ministry of Education Launches "My Teacher.. I will Not Forget You" Initiative

Doha, September 18 (QNA) - The Ministry of Education and Higher Education launched Sunday the initiative titled "My teacher.. I will not forget you" on the Qatar Education Platform which targets high school students in public schools and will continue until Sept. 22, 2022.
The initiative comes within the framework of promoting the values of appreciation, gratitude, and honor for teachers with the approaching date of World Teacher's Day on Oct. 5 every year. The initiative offers an opportunity for the high school students to further express their loyalty and gratitude for teachers through writing a story the student has gone through in his previous school life that embodies a humanitarian position of a teacher who impacted and enriched the student's life and enabled him to pursue a positive and distinguished track.
The ministry announced that the engagement in this initiative is available for all high school students whose number is 44,758 (male & female) through a special page that has been specifically designed for this initiative on the Qatar Education Platform and is accessible for students via the link: https://qeducation.edu.gov.qa/.
The category of high school students has been primarily selected owing to their mature experiences because they possess the appropriate writing skills for the concept of this initiative that focuses on the concept of position and effective impact. (QNA)
