Iraqi Prime Minister Meets NATO Secretary General

New York, September 23 (QNA) - Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al Kadhimi met on Friday with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, on the Sidelines of the Participation in the Meetings of the 77th Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The meeting reviewed the efforts of the Iraqi forces in combating terrorism and pursuing its remnants, and the successes they achieved on the ground, which were positively reflected on the consolidation of security and stability in Iraq and the region.
The meeting witnessed discussing ways to enhance security and military cooperation between Iraq and NATO countries that provide assistance to the Iraqi forces in the field of training and advice. (QNA)
