Doha, January 21 (QNA) - HE Sheikh Al Qaqa bin Hamad Al-Thani awarded the top winners of the 9th and 10th rounds of 31st race meeting of HE President of Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani's Rifle and prizes.
The Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club (QREC) is organizing the competition on the turf track of Al Rayyan racecourse, where 139 of the best horses competed for prizes amounting up to USD 550,000.
His Excellency also crowned Mohammed Kaman Al Khayarin as first place winner in the heritage race.
The tenth and main race witnessed great excitement and a strong competition amongst three horses all the way until the finish line. (QNA)
