Kuwait, January 23 (QNA) - Kuwait Bourse closed up on Monday as the All Share Index gained 85.5 points to reach 7,362.77 points, an increase of 1.18 percent.
As many as 279.18 million shares valued at KD 80.3 million (roughly USD 243.3 million) were traded via 13,769 transactions.
The Main Market Index went up by 24.8 points to reach 5,688.91 points, an increase of 0.44 percent, through 145.3 million shares done via 6,051 transactions valued at KD 23.19 million (roughly USD 70.2 million).
The Premier Market Index went up by 109.9 points to reach 8,180.57 points, an increase of 1.36 percent through 133.8 million shares done via 7,718 transactions valued at KD 57.19 million (roughly USD 173.2 million).
Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index increased by 23.7 points to the level of 5,737.09 points, up by 0.42 percent, through stock volume of 117.6 million shares done in 3,553 deals at a value of KD 14 million (roughly USD 42.4 million). (QNA)
