Doha, January 25 (QNA) - Qatar Central Bank (QCB) issued treasury bills worth QR 500 million for a one-week term, due on Jan. 31, at an interest rate of 5.0050 percent.
QCB had issued treasury bills worth QR 1.5 billion in Jan. distributed over three issues worth QR 500 million each, at an interest rate of 5.0050 percent.
The auction is among the mechanisms for promoting issuances announced by the QCB on Sep. 21, 2022. (QNA)
