Doha, June 29 (QNA) - Chairperson of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Eng. Khalid bin Ahmed Al Obaidli said that forming Real Estate Development Dispute Resolution Committees confirms the State's support and motivation for the real estate sector.
Eng. Khalid bin Ahmed Al Obaidli, in a remarks, praised the issuance of the Cabinet's decision regarding the formation of Real Estate Development Dispute Resolution Committees, saying that issuing this decision is a continuation of the legal framework for the committee to exercise its role in resolving all disputes arising from real estate development.
The draft decision of forming the Real Estate Development Dispute Resolution Committees comes in implementation of the provisions of Law No. (6) of 2014 regulating real estate development, and these committees are responsible for adjudicating on all disputes arising from real estate development, in accordance with the provisions of this law.
It is worth noting that the Cabinet recently approved the draft decision on forming committees to promptly resolve real estate development disputes, which confirms the State of Qatar's support and motivation for the real estate sector and encourages competitiveness and investment in order to achieve Qatar National Vision 2030.
