Sheikh Joaan Participates in Meeting of ANOC Executive Council

Doha, December 06 (QNA) - HE Senior Vice-President of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) and President of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani participated on Wednesday, via videoconferencing, in the 88th meeting of the Executive Council of ANOC, held in Lausanne, Switzerland.
During the meeting, the five continental associations presented their annual reports, reviewed their latest programs and current initiatives, and highlighted their plans for 2024.
The meeting reviewed the ongoing preparations for ANOC General Assembly 2024, which will be held in Cascais, Portugal, in 2024. The meeting also discussed a number of topics on the agenda and took appropriate decisions regarding them. (QNA)
