Ministry of Municipality Holds Training Workshop to Introduce Qatar's Real Estate Platform

Doha, December 06 (QNA) - The Ministry of Municipality organized an inclusive orientation workshop for companies owners and real estate developers on the unified Qatar's Real Estate Platform.
The event brought together a host of officials, companies owners, real estate developers, a contingent of experts, alongside professionals in this field.
Director of the Technical Office at the Ministry of Municipality, Tariq Juma Al Tamimi, inaugurated the workshop by delivering a welcome speech during which he underscored the significance of the workshop that primarily aims to impart the notion of Qatar's Real Estate Platform to the brokers and real estate developers. The platform is due to be launched in the upcoming few days.
By launching this platform, the ministry intends to systematically showcase the data and statistics that achieve transparency principle for all workers in the real estate sector in Qatar, particularly the brokers, real estate developers, as well as institutions and companies operating in the real estate sector, Al Tamimi pointed out.
He noted that the platform strives to engage the private sector in the real estate development process, in addition to pinpointing the strengths and weaknesses with the aim of nurturing and upgrading the real estate platform to ensure it is launched in a better form as possible.
Al Tamimi indicated that the workshop intended to draw the attention of the private sector, represented by the aforementioned entities, as well as share their perspectives on the platform and outline the essential information.
The platform offers a broad range of facilitations such as the easy access to the information properly, where screens exist to learn about all real estate relevant laws and legislations in the country to ensure impart the appropriate and proper notion to those entities in case, they are interested in real estate investment in Qatar.
In addition, the platform offers a service for analyzing data and comparing the prices between years and regions, as well as the most important regions that are more attractive to investment.
