Saudi Monarch Issues Royal Orders
Riyadh, January 30 (QNA) - Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on Thursday issued a series of royal orders.
A royal order restructured the Saudi Council of Ministers under the chairmanship of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as follows: Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Premier.Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior.
Prince Saud bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Prince Mansour bin Miteb bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of National Guard.
Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Defense.
Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh, Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance.

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued a royal order canceling the following bodies: 1- Higher Committee for Education Policy.
2- Higher Committee for Administrative Organization.
3- Civil Service Council.
4- Higher Commission of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology.
5- Council of Higher Education and Universities.
6- Supreme Council for Education.
7- Supreme Council for Petroleum and Minerals.
8- Supreme Economic Council.
9- National Security Council.
10- Supreme Council of King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy.
11- Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs.
12- Supreme Council for Disabled Affairs.
The Royal Order established two councils that are organizationally linked to the Council of Ministers as follows: 1- Council of Political and Security Affairs.
2- Council of Economic and Development Affairs.
The Saudi monarch's royal orders relieved Governor of Makkah Region Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Qassim Region Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of their posts.
According to the orders, Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was appointed as Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region at the Rank of Minister, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was appointed as Governor of Riyadh Region at the Rank of Minister, and Prince Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was appointed as Governor of Qassim Region at the Rank of Minister.
The orders also relieved Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Secretary General of National Security Council and Advisor and Special Envoy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, of his post. Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chief of General Intelligence, was relieved of his post and appointed as Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques at the Rank of Minister.
The royal order also terminated the service of Lieutenant General Khalid bin Ali bin Abdullah Al-Humaidan, and appointed him as Chief of General Intelligence at the Rank of Minister.
Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed bin Jalawi Al Saud was appointed as Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques at the Rank of Minister, and Prince Dr. Abdulaziz bin Sattam bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was appointed as Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques at the Rank of Minister.
Hazem bin Mustapha Abdulwahid Zaqzouq was appointed as President of Special Affairs of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques at the Rank of Minister. Dr. Fahad Abdullah Al-Samari was appointed as Advisor at the Royal Court at the Rank of Minister.
Additionally, Sheikh Dr. Saad bin Nasser Al-Shathri, Dr. Mohammed bin Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Helwah, Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Muhaisen, and Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Tunisi were appointed as Advisors at the Royal Court at the Excellent Rank.
In line with the royal orders, Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Sharif, President of National Anti-Corruption Commission, was relieved of his post. Dr. Khalid bin Abdulmohsen bin Mohammed Al-Muhaisen was appointed as President of National Anti-Corruption Commission at the Rank of Minister.
Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Al-Sheikh, General President of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, was relieved of his post. He was replaced by Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Sanad at the Rank of Minister
