Danang, September 26 (QNA) - Qatari runner Eid Abdullah Al Kuwari reached the finals of the 60m. race of the Fifth Asian Beach Games, "Danang 2016." The Qatari athlete qualified today after coming third in his group. He will take part in tomorrow's race on the hopes of achieving one of the three medals.
Other Qatari results saw the beach volleyball team win their first match against India 2-0. They are in group A along with Pakistan, Bahrain and Thailand. They play another game tomorrow, against Thailand.
The games will take place from September 24-October 3. (QNA)
