Pakistan Helicopter Crash Leaves Two Pilots Dead
Islamabad, December 07 (QNA) - A Pakistan Army aviation helicopter crashed in Siachin, northern Pakistan, killing the two pilots on board.
The Pakistani army said in a statement that a military helicopter crashed into the Siachin glacier near the border with India, killing the two pilots who were on board.
The statement added that the initial causes of the accident indicated that the helicopter has crashed due to technical reasons, pointing out that the competent authorities have launched an investigation to find out the exact causes of the accident.
In a similar incident in December last year, a Pakistani Army Aviation helicopter has crashed in the Gilgit-Baltistan region, northern Pakistan, killing four soldiers including the two pilots. (QNA)
