National Day/Charge d'Affairs of Embassy of Liberia Praises Deep Bilateral Relations with Qatar

Doha, December 17 (QNA) - Charge d'Affaires at the Embassy of the Republic of Liberia to the State of Qatar Ali Sylla praised the depth of relations between the government of his country and the government of the State of Qatar, stressing the existence of good future prospects between the two friendly countries.
In a statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA) on the occasion of the National Day, the Charge d'Affairs of the Embassy of Liberia congratulated HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and the people and government of the State of Qatar, wishing the friendly State of Qatar peace, security and prosperity.
He explained that the State of Qatar was able to recover from the economic restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic as the Qataris were able to overcome it and stabilize the local economy by diversifying it, in addition to providing support to a number of countries around the world.
He added that the completion of preparations for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 ahead of schedule is wonderful, as all the stadiums are complete and ready to receive the matches, the trains are already running, the security is stable and ready to host fans from all over the world, the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy is making the necessary updates, and everything is going well and in the right direction, noting that these achievements are a source of pride, especially as they are taking place despite the huge challenge posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
