Doha, June 05 (QNA) - The Qatar Stars League (QSL) announced the schedule of Weeks 1 to 7 of 2022-2023 season QNB Stars League, with the remaining rounds to be finalized later, after co-ordination with various authorities and partners and without affecting preparations for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The tournament has been scheduled to start on Monday, Aug. 1, 2022.
World Cup stadiums will host the matches in the tournaments first rounds.
On Aug. 1, the defending champions Al Sadd will take on Al Markhiya in the first round at Khalifa International Stadium. Umm Salal will play with Al Ahli at Al Janoub Stadium.
On Aug. 2, Al Arabi will take on Qatar SC at Al Thumama Stadium. Al Gharafa will face Al Sailiya at Khalifa International Stadium.
Al Duhail will play with Al Wakra at Al Janoub Stadium and Al Rayyan will take on Al Shamal at Al Thumama Stadium on Aug. 3. (QNA)
