Moscow, June 21 (QNA) - The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today the crash of a Su-25 military aircraft in Rostov Province, southern Russia, and the death of its pilot.
The Ministry said, in a statement that the accident occurred during a routine training flight of the plane adding that it fell far from residential areas.
According to preliminary data, the cause of the accident may be a technical malfunction, while an investigation team from the Russian Air Force is working to uncover the circumstances of the crash.
Earlier today, the Russian Emergencies Ministry announced that a plane with 3 people on board had disappeared from radar.(QNA)
