Turkish Defense: Two PKK Militants Killed Southeast Turkey


Ankara, August 02 (QNA) - Turkish Ministry of Defense announced the killing of two militants of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in Pervari district in the southeastern state of Siirt.
The militants were killed within the framework of an operation aimed at eliminating the armed elements within the Turkish borders, the ministry said in a statement.
The statement added that the security operation that resulted in the killing of the militants took place with the support of Turkish drones, and indicated that the process of chasing the militants in the aforementioned district is still continuing. (QNA)
