Ooredoo Announces Date to Pay Interest to Bondholders

Doha, August 02 (QNA) - Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. announced that Ooredoo International Finance Limited (OIFL), its wholly-owned subsidiary, will pay its Global Medium Term Note (GMTN) holders interest payment on 22 August 2022.
According to the statement issued Tuesday, the Issuer, Ooredoo International Finance Limited (OIFL), which is wholly owned by Ooredoo, will pay Noteholders $16.250 million on the Interest Payment Date falling due on 22 August 2022.
The announcement indicated that the company will pay the accrued interest of 3.25% on the mentioned date to the bondholders amounting to $1 billion guaranteed and due on Feb. 21, 2023. (QNA)
