Madrid, August 04 (QNA) - Barcelona have reached an agreement with Los Angeles Galaxy for the transfer of Riqui Puig.
"The Catalan club reserves the right to repurchase the player and 50% on any future sale," Barcelona said in a statement.
Riqui Puig joined FC Barcelona in 2013 from Jabac Terrassa as an U16 player. After rising through the ranks at La Masia he made his first team debut on 5 December 2018 against Cultural Leonesa in the Copa del Rey, and provided an assist for Denis Suarez just minutes after coming on as a substitute.
He became a full member of the senior squad in the 2020/21 season, going on to play 57 games and scoring two goals. He has been able to celebrate titles in both the Copa del Rey (2020/21) and La Liga (2018/19). (QNA)
