QFA's Refereeing Department Meets with Clubs to Explain Amendments to Laws of the Game

Doha, August 06 (QNA) - The Refereeing Department of the Qatar Football Association (QFA) will hold a series of meetings Sunday and Monday with Qatari clubs participating in the competitions of QNB Stars League, the second division league, and the reserve league; in order to provide a detailed explanation of the new amendments to the articles of the game law.
The meetings, which QFA has been holding annually in the presence of members of the technical and administrative staff and club players, aim to emphasize the mechanism for applying the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) technology inside the stadium, while the lecturers specialized in refereeing will answer all inquiries related to the articles of the law.
The meetings will be held at clubs' headquarters in two morning and evening sessions, and in halls provided with the required equipment, provided that the application of precautionary measures related to the rules of coronavirus prevention and the medical protocols followed in this regard are observed.(QNA)
