Doha, August 21 (QNA) - Al Gharafa club announced Sunday that it has officially signed Algerian players Farid Boulaya and Ishak Belfodil to strengthen the ranks of the first football team during the new season 2022-2023, for a period of two seasons.
The signing of the contract came after the players passed the medical examination conducted at Aspetar hospital this morning.
Farid Boulaya plays in the center position, he is a good playmaker, and he stood out significantly with the French team Metz, where he joined its ranks in 2018 on loan from the Spanish club Girona, before Metz bought his contract.
As for the player Ishak Belfodil, he is an outstanding striker and had a gulf experience in 2016 with the Emirati Baniyas, and he also played for many well-known European clubs, such as French Lyon, Italian Inter and Parma, Hoffenheim, Werder Bremen and Hertha Berlin in Germany.
With the accession of the duo Belfodil and Boulaya, the contract of the five foreign players at Al Gharafa club is completed.(QNA)
