Hamad Medical Corporation Operates a 24/7 Helpline

Doha, October 05 (QNA) - Hamad Medical Corporation has announced the operation of the helpline 16060 - The Nesma'ak , around the clock 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Patients and members of the audience can obtain the service at any time by calling 16060, as many improvements have been made to the services provided to patients, including the language options available when calling, which include Arabic, English, Urdu and Malayalam.

Nasser Al Naimi, Deputy Chief Quality Officer & Co-Director Hamad Healthcare Quality Institute said in a press statement, that " It has always been our mission to listen to the voice of our patients. As we create a culture of person-centered care across the organization, knowing what matters to our patients enables us to continuously improve the services we deliver in HMC. Our goal is to provide them with the best patient experience in every possible way".

He added that "The Nesma'ak helpline is a vital channel of communication with our patients and the community as It provides clear instructions to patients to effectively communicate and enables us respond to their needs," The helpline Nesma'ak "16060" provides services that include checking, rescheduling or canceling medical appointments, submitting feedbacks about the services provided by the institution through my health portal dedicated for patients, and receiving inquiries about Hamad Medical Corporation services.
