Ramallah, November 17 (QNA) - The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the international community and the US administration to take the necessary pressure and measures to ensure that the agreement concluded between the Likud led by Benjamin Netanyahu and Otzma Yehudit headed by Itamar Ben- Gvir, regarding the deepening and expansion of settlements in the land of the State of Palestine, including the legalization of random outposts.

A statement by the Palestinian Foreign Ministry said today that this agreement deepens settlement, leads to the confiscation of more Palestinian land and legitimizes random outposts, especially in the northern West Bank, such as the outposts Homesh and Avitar, adding that the terms of this agreement strike once again the foundations of any future negotiating political process and continues the Israeli deliberate sabotage of the opportunity to achieve peace based on the principle of the two-state solution and undermines any international and regional efforts to build confidence between the Palestinian and Israeli sides.

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry warned of the catastrophic repercussions of this agreement, not only on the conflict arena and the entire region, but also on the hope of achieving peace.

The statement stressed that such an agreement gives more credibility to the Palestinian approach to the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court, and it also tests the credibility of the international and American positions rejecting settlements and calling for the implementation of the two-state solution.
