Khartoum, January 06 (QNA) - The commander of a force of Rapid Support Forces and Joint Forces, Brigadier Abashar Jibril Balayel, has affirmed deployment of a joint force of RSF and the Armed Forces to secure the border strip between Sudan and Central Africa Republic and to combat all negative phenomena such as trafficking of weapons and drugs, smuggling and security violations that take place in the two countries.

Sudan News Agency (SUNA) quoted Balayel as saying that joint forces are deployed at specific locations on the borders of the two countries, such as the Localities of Um-Dukhun and Um-Dafuq, stressing that the citizens will not be affected by these security measures taken by the state, but will contribute to maintaining security and stability in the two countries.
