Doha, January 25 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani met Wednesday morning with Their Excellencies Arab Ministers of Social Affairs and heads of delegations participating in the 42nd meeting of the Council of Arab Ministers of Social Affairs held in the Sheraton Doha hotel.
At the outset of the meeting, His Excellency welcomed the guests, wishing them success in the current convened session of the council.
The meeting also reviewed the most prominent topics on the agenda of the 42nd meeting and their role in fields of childhood, family, and rights of elderly people and people with disabilities, along with other relevant topics as well as areas of strengthening Arab joint action in this regard.
HE Secretary-General of the Arab League Ahmed Aboul Gheit attended the meeting.
