Doha, February 07 (QNA) - The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) has chosen Qatari international referee Fahad Ismail Al Awadi to officiate in the 2023 Men's U21 World Championship matches, in Bahrain in July.

President of the Qatar Volleyball Association (QVA) and the West Asian Volleyball Federation (QAVF), Ali bin Ghanem Al Kuwari, praised the great role played by the QVA's Referees Committee in developing the performance level of Qatari referees during their participation in the internal and external tournaments.

For his part, member of the QVA Board of Directors, Chairman of the Referees Committee Ibrahim Mohammed Al Nama expressed his pride in the presence of Qatari arbitration in the most important international indoor and beach tournaments. (QNA)
