Moscow, February 17 (QNA) - The Russian Federal Security Service announced on Friday, that it had thwarted an ISIS attack on a chemical plant in the Kaluga region, 190 kilometers south of the capital, Moscow.
A statement by the Russian Security Service stated that two citizens of the Central Asian republics belonging to the "Islamic State" organization used a self-made explosive device and an incendiary mixture to detonate fuel tanks and lubricants in a chemical industry institution.
The Russian security services announced that they thwarted 200 terrorist attacks between 2010 and the beginning of 2022. (QNA)
