Doha, May 21 (QNA) - Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) signed an agreement to contribute to 'The Right to Education' Project initiated by the Health, Development, Information, and Policy Institute (HDIP).

This Project aims to increase the skillset amongst the Palestinian youth in most affected areas with education at the forefront of building their community.

This would increase the chances of employment for the Palestinian youth and allow them to thrive in the ever-changing job market.

The project will invest at least 384 training hours annually over 3 years.

The proposed activities focus on empowering and equipping the most vulnerable youth from Palestinian society to become active and contributing members of their communities. In addition, it will provide them with life skills that they can practice helping them become leading members of their communities.

At these times, development projects in the education sector need to be adopted in Palestine to help their communities grow and prosper.

Therefore, by providing this funding and starting new partnerships with HDIP, QFFD hopes that this contribution aids in investing in newfound skills to advance the Palestinian knowledge base.
