Doha, June 01 (QNA) - The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau's Institute of Public Administration signed a partnership agreement with Bayt Al Hikma management consultancy.

The partnership agreement aims to develop the offered training projects, relying on experienced Qatari competencies to advance the potential of the new generation of employees.

The agreement comes in line with the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau's strategy, which aims to develop the capabilities of government cadres and develop national talents by strengthening the role of experienced retirees in transferring knowledge to a new generation of employees, allowing trainees to test and apply new concepts and new ideas in an interactive training environment according to the required needs and competencies.

In this context, the Institute of Public Administration's Director Raed Ibrahim Al Emadi said that the institute seeks to consolidate the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau's relations with national training institutions by benefiting from the rich experiences possessed, which will be valuable in enhancing the levels of performance of government sector employees to ensure excellence in providing government services.

The partnership agreement is an initiative to support the Qatari citizens who seek to invest their and retirees' expertise in enhancing the effectiveness of training programs to show appreciation for their knowledge.

The participation of experts by presenting their experiences in training is an effective way to acquire new skills and concepts and to exchange experiences and knowledge between trainees and experts, he added.

For his part, CEO of Bayt Al Hikma Abdulla Abdulaziz Al Khater pointed out the importance of cooperation between local entities and government agencies, explaining that Bayt Al Hikma was founded by a group of Qatari experts and retirees who have experience in business and jobs and are a wealth of knowledge for Human Resources.

The agreement increases reliance on national competencies and seeks to involve them in developing the capabilities and potentials of Qatari youth to serve their country in all areas and fields.
