Meta's Threads Introduces New Update Allowing Users to See Liked Posts
Washington, August 08 (QNA) - Metas Threads, the social texting service, has begun rolling out a new update featuring a feature that enables users to view posts they have liked, the company had initiated testing of this new feature on the Android system last week, and it has now decided to launch it for all users.
Users can find the posts they have liked in the Settings and then Your Likes sections, accessible through the users profile page, by comparison, on the X platform (formerly Twitter), users can access liked posts through a separate tab labeled Likes on their profile page.
Apart from the new feature allowing the viewing of liked posts, Meta has also introduced a new option for the quality of multimedia uploaded to the platform.
Additionally, Threads now allows users to sort their follow list to display the latest first (Latest First) or the earliest first (Earlier First).
While these updates might seem minor for the application, Metas CEO Mark Zuckerberg hinted last week that some of the most requested features, such as post search and a web version of the platform, will be launched in the coming weeks. (QNA)
