Gulf International Services Board Approves Amwaj Merger

Doha, September 21 (QNA) - Gulf International Services Board of Directors has approved final merger transaction agreements of Amwaj Catering Services Company, according to a statement from the company today.
Gulf International Services obtained Extra-Ordinary General Assembly approval on March 13, 2023 and authorized its Board of Directors to take necessary steps to execute final merger. Accordingly, GIS Board of Directors approved the final merger transaction agreements.
The merger aims to establish a leading Qatari company in the field of catering, with potential for expanding regionally as well. The merger includes Amwaj's trademark, customer base, and the managerially capable Amwaj shareholders. (QNA)
