Doha, January 08 (QNA) - The Local Organizing Committee of the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 has launched an official platform for reselling tickets for the continent's most prestigious men's football tournament set to kick off Jan. 12 and runs through Feb. 10, 2024.

Fans who wish to release their tickets for resale can log into the Asian Cup website tickets.qfa.qa/afc2023 after entering their credentials and click My Orders to choose the ticket they want to put up for resale, a statement from the LC read.

Fans will not be allowed to reverse their decision once they resold their tickets.

The statement added that all AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 match tickets are digital and can be downloaded on any smartphone and that Hayya Card will not be mandatory to enter stadiums.

The tickets purchased or resold using unauthorized sales channels will be subject to cancellation at any time without prior notice, the statement warned.

This edition marks Qatar's third hosting of the major football event after the 1988 and 2011 editions, with 24 teams will be action.

The 51 games of the event will be staged in nine stadiums, which were venues for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. (QNA)
