International Academics, Security Officials Praise Police Academy's Leading Role in Training

Doha, January 18 (QNA) - Several international security officials and academics, who attended the graduation ceremony of the sixth batch of cadet officers at the Police College, stressed the importance of security and police cooperation existing between the State of Qatar and their countries, praising the leading role played by the Police Academy in preparing, qualifying and training a remarkable generation of competent officers, capable of serving the nation and carrying out the roles and tasks assigned to them with competence and distinction.

In this context, Assistant Undersecretary for Police Education and Training Affairs in the State of Kuwait Maj. Gen Badr Al Baloul, praised the great efforts made by the Police Academy, which placed it in an advanced rank among international colleges and academies, to become a distinguished security edifice that the State of Qatar is proud of. He praised the quality of the professional presentation presented by the college's graduates, expressing his admiration for the college's academic, training, and administrative staff, who contributed to training the graduates with high professionalism.

For his part, Commander of the Sultan Qaboos Academy of Police Sciences in the Sultanate of Oman Brigadier General Salem bin Rashid Al Alawi, expressed his happiness at attending the graduation ceremony, asserting the close cooperation between the two countries in many fields.

In the same context, Commander of the Police College in the United Arab Emirates Brigadier General Walid Al Shamsi, extended congratulations to the Police Academy in the State of Qatar, praising the professionalism of the learning and teaching methods in the academy.

The Director General of Training and Qualification at the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Yemen, Brigadier General Dr. Saleh Ali Al Badawi, pointed out that during the ceremony, the graduates demonstrated professionalism in military movements, handling weapons, discipline, confidence, and organization, expressing thanks to the State of Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Interior, for its warm hospitality and good reception of delegations.

Meanwhile, Palestinian Deputy Ambassador confirmed that Palestinian students receive full care from the Police Academy, and always obtain advanced ranks, which confirms that the college plays a leading role in shaping the students' personalities and enhancing their self-confidence so that they graduate into competent officers.

HE Head of the Police Academy of the Republic of Tajikistan Major General Faizali Sharifzoda expressed his great happiness at attending the graduation ceremony, the performance during the ceremony reflects the High-level of training and preparations that preceded the graduation day.

For his part, HE Inspector General of Rwanda National Police Felix Namuhoranye, hailed the progress that occurred between the graduation of the fifth and sixth batches of the Police Collage, praising the cooperation between the Interior Ministries in the two countries. (QNA)
