Germany's Trade Surplus Rises to 27.5 Billion Euros in Jan

Berlin, March 06 (QNA) - Germanys trade surplus rose to 27.5 billion euros ($29.87 billion) in Jan. 2024, compared to 23.3 billion euros in Dec. 2023.
Data from the German Federal Statistical Office showed Wednesday that German exports rose by 6.3% on a monthly basis in Jan. 2024, after a decline of 4.5% in Dec. 2023.
Imports increased by 3.6% on a monthly basis after falling by 6.7% during Dec. 2023. (QNA)
