Federico Al Rifai Wins Round 3's Race 1 in 2024 Formula 4 Saudi Arabian Championship

Doha, March 16 (QNA) - Emirati Federico Al Rifai won race 1 of the 2024 Formula 4 Saudi Arabian Championship's round 3, an International Automobile Federation (FIA) approved championship, which is hosted by Lusail International Circuit over three days, with the participation of 19 local, regional, and international racers.

Al Rifai won the 10-lap 54.5-kilometer race after securing the 1st place with a time of 20:05.719 minutes, being 0.768 seconds ahead of his closest competitor, Austrian Oscar Wurz, who finished in 2nd place with a time of 20:06.487 minutes.

Serbian Andrej Petrovic came in 3rd place with a time of 20:07.711 minutes. On the other hand, the 4th place went to Moroccan Suleiman Zanfari with a time of 20:07.825 minutes, while Emirati Hamda Al Qubaisi came in 5th place after recording a time of 20:08.515 minutes.

As for Qatari racer Jabor Al-Thani, a first-time participator in the Formula 4 Saudi Arabian Championship, he finished in 13th place with a time of 20:40.508 minutes. (QNA)
