Muscat, June 13 (QNA) - The Sultanate of Oman announced Thursday the release of a French citizen detained in Iran and the facilitation of his return to his country via Muscat.
A statement by the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed that the Sultanate of Oman welcomed the understandings reached between Iran and France, which resulted in the release of a French citizen, his transfer from Tehran to Muscat, and the facilitation of his return to his country. (QNA)
