Doha, July 14 (QNA) - Al Shahaniya SC signed Lotfi Madjer for one season on loan from Al Duhail SC.
The club stated Sunday that Madjer will join the first team's lineup starting next season.
During the current summer transfer, Al Shahaniya SC signed Dutch striker Pelle van Amersfoort from Heerenveen, as well as Nayef Al Ghati from Al Sadd SC on loan for one season.
The club had also decided to keep three professional players in the first team next season: Alhassan Koroma, Francesco Antonucci and Marc Martinez.
Al Shahaniya SC will compete in the Qatar Stars League (QSL) 2024-25 (Ooredoo Stars League) after beating Al Markhiya SC (3-1) in a playoff match last season.
The team is holding its abroad preparatory camp for the new season in Izmit, Turkiye until July 28. It will include several friendly matches. (QNA)
