Promotional Activities for 2023-2024 Season Qatar Stars League Conclude

Doha, August 07 (QNA) - The promotional activities for the 2023-2024 season Qatar Stars League were concluded at the Commercial Complex (Place Vendome mall), in Lusail, ahead of the launch of 2024-2025 Season Ooredoo Stars League, due to kick off on Friday.

The promotional activities were primarily intended to interact with the public and identify the specifics of matches, stadiums and tickets, in addition to offering chances to meet up with club stars.

The club and football fans have been committed to capturing souvenir photos with the league shield and have engaged in virtual football activities scoring goals and electronic games, with kids taking selfies with league stars.

The events featured the participation of Al-Arabi, Al-Ahly and Al Shahaniya clubs, where several stars from these teams were present, most notably the German Julian Draxler, the Al-Ahly team player, his Spanish teammate Eric Exposito, the Qatari team and Al-Arabi club defender Jassim Jaber, his teammate Wassim Qaddari, and the Dutch Al Shahaniya defender Sven Van.

Many fans of Al-Arabi expressed their immeasurable confidence in in their team to strongly compete and win the title. Also, Al-Ahly fans affirmed that their team strives to change the previous performance and win the title.

Speaking to Qatar News Agency (QNA), Julian Draxler said he is extremely glad to compete in this season, adding that he has significant ambitions with Al-Ahly in this new season and hopes success in achieving victories that meet the ambitions of his fans. (QNA)
