Beirut, October 23 (QNA) - Speaker of the Parliament of Lebanon, Nabih Berri, held separate meetings in Beirut on Wednesday with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock and Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Mohsen Al Mandalawi, to discuss the general situation in Lebanon and the latest political and field developments in light of the escalating Israeli assault on the country.

The meetings addressed diplomatic efforts to halt the Israeli aggression on Lebanon and expressed solidarity in addressing the repercussions arising from the Israeli offensive. (QNA)
