Qatar Wins 5 Colored Medals in Arab Shotgun Championship in Kuwait

Kuwait, November 15 (QNA) - Qatari men and women shooters won 5 colored medals, including one gold, one silver and three bronze medals, during their participation in the Arab Shotgun Championship in Kuwait, which concluded Friday with the participation of 15 Gulf and Arab countries.

The Qatari delegation to the championship was headed by Ahmed Al Kuwari, Head of the Shotgun Apparatus and Director of Public Relations at the Shooting Federation, and the delegation included 25 men and women shooters.

In the mixed skeet competition, the Qatari team, consisting of shooter Mohammed Ahmed Al Kuwari and shooter Reem Al Sharshani, won the gold medal.

In the women's skeet team competition, the Qatari team, consisting of shooters Reem Al Sharshani, Hajir Ghulam Mohammed and Sarah Ghulam Mohammed, won the silver medal.

As for the trap team competition, the Qatari men's team, consisting of shooters Mohammed Al Rumaihi, Rashid Al Athba and Ali Al Athba, won the bronze medal.

In the women's team competitions, the Qatari team consisting of shooters Maitha Al Binali, Kholoud Al Khalaf and Amna Al Abdullah won the bronze medal.

Finally, in the mixed trap team competition, the Qatari team consisting of shooters Mohammed Al Rumaihi and Kholoud Al-Khalaf won bronze medal. (QNA)
